Overview
Heat recovery fresh air desiccant unit is a new air handling equipment with solution (lithium bromide, lithium chloride, calcium chloride, etc.) as the working fluid. The unit is driven by a heat pump and adopts advanced solution dehumidification. The technology can adjust the temperature and humidity of the air by absorbing or releasing moisture into the air through the solution. The original dual-countercurrent total heat recovery technology can achieve more than 63% total heat recovery, making the system more energy-saving and dehumidifying. It is not an ordinary fresh air ventilator, it is a fresh air treatment equipment integrating cold and heat source, dehumidification section, regeneration section, filter section, full heat recovery section, air supply section and exhaust section. It has equipment for independent treatment of air temperature, humidity, filtration, deodorization, sterilization and other functions. It is flexible in application, simple in operation, energy saving, and suitable for various occasions requiring fresh air.
Advantages
1. Save energy and protect the environment
● The working temperature of the dehumidification section is 18-25℃, which avoids the energy waste caused by the need for reheating when the dehumidification temperature is too low, and improves the cooling capacity of the heat pump.
● Dehumidification cooling and solution regeneration are driven by heat pump, and more than 90% of condensation heat is recycled, which greatly improves the cooling efficiency of the system, and does not discharge waste heat to the surrounding.
● Using countercurrent solution recovery to increase the circulation speed of the heat recovery solution, the total heat recovery efficiency reaches over 63%.
