Talent Concept
Core concept: Let those who want to do things have opportunities, those who can do things have a stage, and those who can do things have status and treatment. Only talent can be used, and only talent must be used.
The first is the principle of having both ability and political integrity. The selection and use of talents are based on the requirements of comprehensive measurement and both ability and political integrity, insisting that those who are virtuous are mediocre people, those who have talent but no virtue are villains, and talents and virtues cannot be neglected.
The second is the principle of "effect theory". In terms of talent use, we do not look at the academic qualifications for the ability, and do not look at the diplomas for the level. No matter what identity, what academic qualifications, what age, as long as you do well, do better than others, and have outstanding performance, we will boldly use them and entrust important task. At present, the average age of the company's technical staff and middle management is about 35 years old, and the average age of the workshop director is about 30 years old. Although these people are young and some of them are not highly educated, they are capable, motivated, and successful. We adhere to the "effect theory" employment mechanism, which enables a large number of talents with both political integrity and ability to stand out and become the pillars of enterprise development.
The third is the principle of practice first. "It takes three days to burn the test jade, and it takes seven years to distinguish it." Over the years, all kinds of professionals who have come to work in our group have been assigned to the production line in the workshop first, so that they can improve in practice, and then pass the public examination to select the best.
Fourth, the principle of survival of the fittest. In the selection of talents, we have realized the transformation from "Bole Xiangma" to "race horse selection". Whoever does the best job will be reused as a talent; otherwise, we can only be eliminated from the competition.
The fifth is the principle of "everyone is a talent". In the use of talents, eliminate stereotypes and mystifications, and make it suitable for people, and only for the amount. As long as they exert their talents to the greatest extent in the right positions, they are talents with a certain meaning. In accordance with this principle, we assign each employee to a relatively suitable position according to their level, expertise, experience, personality, etc., so as to make the best use of their talents, and to promote the sustainable, rapid and efficient development of the enterprise.
