This project is located at a certain paper manufacturing company in Shandong Province. This enterprise focuses on importing raw wood pulp materials and mainly produces high-end household paper products. With the continuous expansion of production capacity, the demand for environmental optimization in the fifth production workshop has become increasingly urgent. The production equipment in the workshop is densely arranged, and the equipment generates a high amount of heat. Coupled with the feature of a sealed space, the working environment of the workers presents a phenomenon of high temperature and low air circulation. Due to long-term exposure to such an environment, occupational heatstroke incidents among employees occur frequently, which not only poses a threat to the health of the workers but also indirectly leads to a decline in the workers' labor efficiency. In response to this, the enterprise plans to implement a ventilation and cooling system renovation project for the fifth production workshop to improve the production working conditions.

Operating mode 

The design employs 33 units of the Aolan Wind Domination series evaporative air coolers. The equipment is installed outside the workshop and adopts a method of overall cooling in different areas. The cooled and chilled air after evaporation is sent into the workshop through the ducts, and the air outlets are evenly arranged according to the on-site conditions. This system continuously provides cool and low-temperature fresh air, fulfilling the functions of indoor cooling and increasing air circulation. It significantly improves the air quality in the workshop and enhances the satisfaction of workers.

Effect demonstration

This project will be put into operation in 2024. After being debugged, it is operating in a good condition. The temperature inside the workshop has decreased by 5~8℃ compared to before the renovation, significantly improving the working environment for the employees and enhancing overall comfort, achieving the expected results.
