Ventilation and cooling project in the corridor of a high-speed railway station in Henan
Project Overview
This project is located in the urban corridor and waiting area on the exit level of a high-speed railway station in Henan. It is a semi-open space. During peak passenger traffic periods, dense crowds and poor air circulation can easily lead to the accumulation of odors. Traditional mechanical refrigeration and air conditioning uses high energy consumption and poor cooling effect in semi-open spaces. Evaporative air coolers have the advantages of efficient cooling and low energy consumption. They use large air volume and cool airflow to effectively exchange air and eliminate odors, thereby providing passengers with a more comfortable and fresh environment.
Operating mode
The design adopts 31 units of Aolan direct evaporative air cooler Wind superior series products with large air volume and high pressure. Every 1-3 units of the equipment are combined units and installed in each equipment room. By connecting the air ducts to the top of the urban corridor and parking lot waiting area, and by rationally arranging the air supply outlets, all-round ventilation and cooling are achieved. The equipment has large air volume, high air pressure, variable frequency adjustment, and cool air, which effectively improves the comfort in the area.
Effect display
This project is a semi-open space, and the equipment only operates in the wet evaporative cooling mode in summer; it does not operate in winter. After debugging, the operation is in good condition. The outlet temperature of air cooler can be reduced to below 26°C, and the temperature in the area can be reduced by 8-12°C, achieving the expected energy-saving transformation goal.
