With the continuous development of domestic pharmaceutical GMP certification, higher requirements are placed on the environment of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises, and the standards for their air conditioning and ventilation systems have been improved accordingly. How to control energy conservation and environmental protection to reduce air temperature and humidity has important economic and social value for pharmaceutical factories.

Project Overview

This project is applied to the pharmaceutical packaging workshop, using the Aolan heat pump solution depth dehumidification unit AHLD-DD01 for cooling and dehumidification. The equipment adopts Aolan's latest double counter-flow structure design, lithium chloride solution. The return air is deeply dehumidified, and the solution dehumidification equipment bears the heat and moisture load to achieve cooling and dehumidification. This project has been in operation for more than 8 years since 2015, with more than 15,000 operating hours. The equipment operates stably, all components are normal, and there is no maintenance record.
