Machine processing workshops requires temperature and humidity control to ensure processing accuracy, normal operation of equipment, improvement of production efficiency, and stability of product quality. Through reasonable temperature and humidity control measures and equipment maintenance, a stable and comfortable working environment can be created to improve the competitiveness and production efficiency of the machine shop. During the machining process, by controlling the temperature and humidity, it can reduce the dimensional changes of the material and improve the processing accuracy; it can reduce the wear and corrosion of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment; and changes in temperature and humidity will affect the physical properties of the processed materials, thereby affecting the quality of the product.

Project Overview

The project has an area of 680m2. It uses the Aolan heat-pump liquid type central air conditiner with  pre-cooling( AHLD-PAH26 (05) for cooling and dehumidification. The equipment uses high-temperature cold water pre-cooling, and the supply and return water temperature is 15℃/20℃. , there is no condensation water discharge problem, and the supply air temperature and humidity can be accurately adjusted by adjusting the primary and secondary air mixing ratio to meet the requirements for stable indoor temperature and humidity. This project will be put into trial operation in early 2021 and it running in good condition. The fluctuation value of indoor temperature and humidity meets the setting requirements.
