Industry overview

Summer is hot and the temperature is high. Inflammable, explosive and volatile raw materials volatilize faster in chemical production areas, and can easily reach their ignition point and explosion limits in places with relatively high concentrations. Chemical, plastic and other production workshops produce toxic gases and odors during the production process. It can easily irritate people's eyes and respiratory tract, cause eye and respiratory system diseases, and endanger human health.

Project Overview

This project is located in Hongshan Industrial Zone, Shishi City, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. It is a reflective material manufacturing enterprise with a total of 2 workshops. The first is a reinforced concrete building with total of 6 floors (the 2nd floor is production workshop of about 400 square meters); the other workshop is Steel frame structure building with a total floor area of 1,000 square meters. The production equipment in both workshops is big and high. In summer, the workshop temperature is around 38°C. It is not only hot, but also has a strong smell of chemical raw materials, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of employees.

There are 16 unit of Aolan air coolers were designed and installed in the steel frame structure workshops on the 2nd and 1st floors respectively. Since the assembly line equipment in the two workshops is big and high, all the air coolers use direct blowing mode for air supply and cooling. After the air cooler was installed, the temperature is reach about 30°C and the wind speed is 6m/s. The ventilation and cooling effect is good, and the odor removal is significantly improved, achieving the expected effect of Party A’s customers.
