On February 20, 2023, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province announced the evaluation results of the first senior engineer qualification in Fujian Province. Mr. He Huaming is the Chief Engineer of Aolan Industrial ,he has presided over four national and industry standards,"Evaporative Air Conditioner" and "Water Evaporative Cooling Air Conditioning Unit"; participated in the development of  industry standards, such as "Technical Regulations for Independent Control of Temperature and Humidity Air Conditioning System" and "Design and Installation of Evaporative Cooling Ventilation Air Conditioning System"; spearheaded the completion of "A Polymer Indirect Evaporative Core Body Processing method", "an indirect evaporative cooling core drenching device and its drenching method" and other 9 invention patents; presided over the research of "optimization analysis of large drive temperature difference dew point indirect evaporative cooler", "research and development of self-cooling multi-stage evaporative air conditioning unit", "research and development and industrialization of high efficiency solution temperature and humidity regulating new air unit" and many other key projects, the research results have reached international and domestic leading level, "workshop non-point source VOCS and particulate matter collaborative management key technology and industrialization" won the second prize of science and technology progress in Fujian Province in 2019, and the research project "Basic theory, key technology and industrialization application of reducing energy consumption of large building air conditioning" won the first prize of science and technology progress in Beijing in 2019; "Data center-specific evaporative cooling air conditioning unit with internal circulation and dew point" was published in many journals such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Fujian Architecture, Building Science, Journal of Refrigeration, etc. R&D and Application of Internal Circulation Type Dew Point Evaporative Cooling Air Conditioning Unit", "Application of Temperature and Humidity Independent Control System in Pharmaceutical Warehouse in Humid Areas", "Research on R&D and Adaptability of New Dew Point Indirect Evaporative Air Conditioning Unit", "Experimental Research on Dehumidification Performance of CuCl2 and LiBr Mixed Salt Solution" and other 12 papers.

In 2016, based on its research in the field of green refrigeration and air conditioning, Aolan undertook the research task of "New Technologies for Heating, Cooling and Air Conditioning in Tibetan and Northwest Regions Using Renewable Energy" under the National Key Research and Development Program of "13th Five-Year Plan". He Huaming, the chief engineer, is an off-campus master's tutor at Xi'an University of Engineering, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Industry-University-Research Cooperation of the Fujian University of Engineering, an off-campus tutor of graduate students of the Fujian University of Engineering, and a member of the National IDC Technical Committee. regional green building development plan, providing a broad market space for the development of Aolan.
